Once you’ve entered the details and clicked "Track," you’ll see the current status of your order. It’s normal for the progress bar to remain on "Info received" until the package is delivered. Updates about your shipment will appear at the bottom of the page as it moves through transit.

We ship all our orders within the US with UPS. Order before 11:00 PM and your package will be shipped the next day, free of charge. That means fast, reliable delivery at no extra cost.
